Señorio de P. Peciña

Red Vendimia Seleccionada

The wine:
In vintages with special conditions, and working carefully in our best vineyards, we can get a complex wine with a combination of both power and elegance with classic winemaking.

The grapes were selected and vinified to produce a premium quality wine. It was aged in used American oak for 36 months, during which it was racked six times using the traditional gravity decanting method, know as “cask to cask”, to ensure a natural sedimentation of lees without the need for fining and filtering the wine.

It was then aged in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months to ensure it reached the necessary balance before being put on the market, where it will be sold as a limited production.
