Hermanos Peciña, Señorío de P Peciña 2006 Rioja 15.5 Drink 2012-2016

Tempranillo. The winery was created in 1992 and has vines in Rioja Alta (San Vicente) and Rioja Alavesa (Labastida).

60 year old vines planted at 500 m, yielding 5,000 kg/ha. Hand harvest. Very long ageing process of 36 months in American oak.

Rioja Classic Style. Garnet colour. Clearly classic oldfashioned style, really toasty, full of sweetness but slightly tired nose. Palate is far better than nose, super mellowed, reaching its peak, tertiary sensation with touch of creamy texture. (FC) 13.5%
