If we taste this wine when the bottle has just been opened, we can appreciate more primary aromas, such us wild berries, liquorice and raspberries, but if we let it develop in the glass, we will be able to enjoy the aromas from the wood, with notes of vainilla, tobacco, roast coffee and toffee, so this wine allow us to enjoy a wide range of aromas. In the mouth, the wine is very structured, albeit without sharp edges, with manifest tannins and a very pleasant aftertaste. It is a powerful, very well integrated wine. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 18-19 ºC to be able to taste it in its fullness. This wine is found on the market in perfect condition to be enjoyed, but it will continue to improve for the following ten years.
