From our oldest vineyard, Finca Iscorta, comes Finca Iscorta Gran Reserva, an exceptional red wine primarily made with Tempranillo, complemented by small amounts of Garnacha Tinta and Graciano.
The grapes come from vines approximately 50 years old, grown in clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 500 meters, under organic viticulture practices and harvested manually and selectively at their optimal ripeness.
In the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, leading to a spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is aged for 4 years in American oak barrels, with rackings every 6 months, and then rests for a minimum of 3 years in the bottle before being released, ensuring its complexity and elegance.
