The Wine:
A Gran Reserva Blanco is a work of patience and precision. It originates from a rigorous selection of grapes from our oldest vineyard, located in Labastida, where the age of the vines and the naturally low yield produce small, concentrated fruit of extraordinary quality.
Made with a base wine of great structure, acidity, and aromatic depth, it undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal identity and the character of the terroir.
It has spent 24 months in American oak barrels, with racking using the traditional gravity-flow and decanting method, true to the winery's classic philosophy.
Subsequently, it has rested in the bottle for the necessary time to achieve the perfect balance between the micro-oxygenation provided by the wood and the bottle reduction, resulting in a complex, elegant white wine with great aging potential.
